Joey P. Leslie, PE, SE, LS
Joey P. Leslie is a licensed Professional Engineer, Structural Engineer, and Land Surveyor with experience in civil infrastructure, structural engineering, land surveying, water and wastewater utilities, public works, project management, and utility operations.
His background includes consulting engineering, public utility management, capital planning, construction-related project oversight, regulatory coordination, intergovernmental agreements, and service on regional water infrastructure boards and committees. His design engineering experience, combined with operator-level experience in water and wastewater systems, provides an additional practical perspective when evaluating utility, infrastructure, and operational issues.
